James Burkinshaw is first and foremost, a husband and father.  He has a History degree and a law degree from the University of Alberta.  James was called to the bar in July 1992 in Saskatchewan and was admitted to the Alberta rolls in 1997. He has since built a thriving Family and Business Law practice, focusing his expertise and the expertise of the firm on Real Estate Law and Trusts, Wills and Estates. James Burkinshaw values his clients and always strives to help every person who walks through his door solve their problems in the quickest, most financially efficient way possible.
 
Elizabeth Meddings (Liz) is an Associate at Burkinshaw Law. She was admitted to the rolls of the Law Society in 1988.  Elizabeth practices Divorce and Alberta Family Law.
